SHIPPING, REFUNDS, and RETURNS

Our shipping policy:

 You will have an opportunity to preview and change your order before it is processed. Once submitted, we will confirm your order via e-mail. We will ship within two days of receiving payment, or we will contact you by e-mail to tell you why the delay and when we can ship your order.
We ship within the continental United States by USPS or UPS Ground.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE THE METHOD OF SHIPPING
If we have to ship by some other method or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally as soon as we know the ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES, we will e-mail you with the shipping charges and the different ways we can ship to you. So your cost of shipping would be the actual shipping charges plus the fees charged for processing the shipping by PayPal.
 All items will be shipped insured.

REFUNDS and RETURNS:
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Use our Contact Page to receive instructions on returning your purchase.
 
The following conditions apply:
• Shipping is non-refundable*
• Shipping to and from Unique Collectible Gift Store is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type, and location, excluding damage in shipping.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

•We require that you use our Contact Us Form to receive pre-authorization for all returns. The item shall be packed in the original box according to factory standards & without excess wear or damage (excluding damage in shipping). The Story Card and the plastic bag with any other information must be returned within the original box.  
 BE AWARE - The boxes on some painted ponies may suffer some slight shipping damage, such as scuffing and minor dented corners. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible, nor will we exchange boxes that have suffered mild damage.
